Is breakfast included in the rate?
No, breakfast is not included. Our café is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Do you accept pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm. Our front desk is open 24 hours.
How do I pay for my booking?
A 30% deposit by bank transfer is required to confirm your booking; the balance is paid at the hotel. VAT and lodging tax are only added when you request an invoice.
How do I get here from Mexico City?
By road it is about 4 hours from Mexico City via the Siglo XXI highway. You can also take a bus to the Pátzcuaro bus station and a 10-minute taxi to the hotel.
Do you have parking?
Yes. Parking must be vacated by 12:00 pm; after that time a $50 fee applies.
Do you host weddings or events?
For events at the hotel, please contact us and we will gladly help.
What is the cancellation policy?
Only date changes are allowed; there are no refunds.
What are the house rules?
No smoking in the rooms and no noise after 10:00 pm. The minimum age to stay without an adult is 18.
