2. Personal data we collect

We only collect the data needed to handle your request:

• Full name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Dates of stay, chosen room and number of guests.
• The content of the message you send us through the contact form.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or payment card data on this site.

3. Purposes

We use your data to:

• Manage your booking, verify your deposit transfer receipt and contact you about the details of your stay.
• Answer the questions and comments you send through the contact form.
• Contact you about your booking by email or phone.

4. Transfers and service providers

We do not sell your data. To run the site we use service providers that process information on the hotel's behalf, such as database hosting, email delivery and spam protection (TODO: list final providers and their country). No other transfers are made without your consent, except those required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

Include your name, the right you wish to exercise and a way to contact you; we will reply within the time limits set by law.
